Vlerick Business School is looking for a PhD researcher on the topic of fairness in platform ecosystems. Ksenia Podoynitsyna and myself (David Patient) will be your promoters, bringing expertise in platforms and ecosystems, and in psychology and fairness, respectively. Ghent University will be your PhD granting institute. We offer you a contract for 4 years.
As a PhD researcher in the field of Platforms and Ecosystems, you will investigate fairness in platform ecosystems, focusing on how outcome and process justice affect trust, engagement, and platform performance. You will use both experimental and qualitative methodologies to help uncover strategies for fostering fairness, driving innovation, and ensuring long-term success for platform ecosystems.
