The Department of Management at Baylor University (Hankamer School of Business) is hiring 2 lecturer positions, to start in Fall 2023 at our main campus in Waco, Texas. One position is specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM), and the other is specializing in Organizational Behavior (OB). These new faculty members would teach 4 sections each semester (fall and spring), with teaching opportunities including Negotiation, HRM, and Leadership & OB courses. They will also work with our HRM and Management majors to help serve those students and enhance those programs. Both are 1 year positions, renewable up to 3 years. The deadline to apply is 9/23/2022.
