Join us in the 13th Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) PDW at AoM2025! DIR is our "developing a scholar" PDW from the Management and Organizational Cognition division, and it offers early-career stage professional guidance for emerging scholars.
Part 1: Personalized Feedback Session *Apply by July 1, 2025*
As an early career researcher, you will be paired with an influential scholar and 2-3 other participants for a friendly chat and feedback on your individual portfolio. These personalized sessions may be held in Copenhagen or virtually, before or after the AoM2025, at the convenience of the facilitating scholar and their designated participants. You do not need to attend AoM2025 in person to receive personalized feedback from leading scholars.
