    Dear colleagues,
    We're excited to announce the international meeting "Designing Careers with Purpose: Meaning, Calling, and Sustainability", which will take place at the University of Padova (Italy) on November 7–8, 2025, hosted by the Department of FISPPA.
    This event will bring together scholars interested in how people develop a sense of calling, create meaningful work, and pursue sustainable careers.

    The program includes:

    • Keynote lectures by leading experts
    • Social activities, including a tour of Padova's historic university buildings and a networking dinner
    • Research presentations
    • A collaborative hackathon to spark new ideas and partnerships
