MJH - whether framed as side hustling, moonlighting, hybrid entrepreneurship or holding a second job - is becoming increasingly common in the workplace. Yet, research on this phenomenon remains fragmented, raising significant questions for OB scholars around motivation, identity, well-being, and performance across roles.
This interactive PDW aims to bring together researchers examining a range of MJH phenomena to address their conceptual, theoretical, and methodological challenges.
