This lecture is part of the University of Zurich's Lecture Series on Leadership in the Future of Work. The purpose of the Lecture Series, organized by the University of Zurich's Center for Leadership in the Future of Work (Prof. Dr. Jochen Menges) in collaboration with the University of Zurich Europa Institute, is to inspire current and future leaders to push forward people innovation by applying novel insights to identify, test, and scale up solutions to ensure that people remain at the heart of the future of work. We thus invite leaders from across the world to take the stage and share their understanding of leadership in the future of work.
