    I would like to sponsor a special issue of Research in HRM on Native American or indigenous persons' work issues. Given that there is so little research on the topic, I am not sure who would be willing to contribute a paper to the issue. 

    Would you please email me if you are willing to submit a paper on Native American on indigenous persons' work issues (e.g., work values, factors affecting job satisfaction and retention, influence of cultural values on recruitment, reward systems, HR practices, etc.) I would need papers by November 1, 2023. 
    Also include a couple of sentences on your potential topic.
