Dear colleagues,
We are delighted to share the Call for Papers for our subtheme at the next online EGOS (European Group of Organization Studies) Colloquium 2026, "Rethinking Teamwork in a Fluid and Digital World." The sub-theme invites theoretical and empirical contributions that challenge traditional assumptions about teamwork and explore how current trends such as fluid boundaries, multiple team membership, AI-enabled collaboration, and emerging forms of digital and gig work are reshaping how teams function.
We welcome submissions that push the conversation forward and offer fresh perspectives on the evolving nature of teamwork.
We look forward to your contributions and to an engaging discussion at the EGOS Colloquium July 9–11, 2026. The colloquium will be in a virtual format. The deadline for submission of extended abstracts is Wednesday, January 7, 2026, 12:00 CET.
