    The Management Department at Temple University's Fox School of Business is recruiting for an open-rank, tenure-track faculty position with research and teaching interests in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. The position starts July 1, 2026. Candidates must have a Ph.D (completed or expected by September 1, 2026) in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field. Candidates must also demonstrate potential for publishing in top-tier, mainstream Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Applied Psychology journals (e.g., AMJ, AMR, ASQ, JAP, JOM, OS, PPsych, OBHDP), commensurate with their level and stage in the field. Teaching responsibilities may include courses at the undergraduate, master's, and/or doctoral levels. Candidates should have a strong record of teaching excellence. Qualified candidates must be willing and able to supervise doctoral students upon hire.<u1:p></u1:p>

    The Management Department has a collegial environment consisting of eight tenured OB/HRM faculty, and five tenured Strategic Management faculty.<u1:p></u1:p>

    To apply, interested candidates should submit: (1) a letter of interest for the position (no more than 3 pages); (2) a current curriculum vitae, including the names and contact information of three references on the final page; (3) a statement of research interests (no more than 2 pages); and (4) a statement of teaching interests, including summary information on stand-alone courses taught and student evaluations (no more than 2 pages). Letters of reference should not be sent unless requested.<u1:p></u1:p>
