Dear colleagues,
We are conducting a meta-analysis on associations between proactive work behavior (PWB) and employee wellbeing (EWB), and we have already conducted an extensive literature search. We are now seeking unpublished, in-progress, and not-yet-indexed work (e.g., dissertations, preprints, working papers, manuscripts under review/in press, and unpublished datasets).
We are specifically looking for:
- correlational studies (i.e., cross-sectional, longitudinal designs, diary studies)
- that explore the relationship between at least one proactive work behavior dimension (i.e., proactive work behavior, voice, feedback seeking, taking charge, innovative behavior, job crafting, networking, issue selling,…) and at least one employee wellbeing dimension (i.e., job satisfaction, work engagement, thriving, commitment, health, affect, exhaustion, depletion, depression, burnout, work-life conflict, strain,…)
- that provide zero-order correlations (Pearson r) between the focal PWB and EWB constructs (with N) - or statistics that can be converted into zero-order correlations (e.g., covariance matrices, regression outputs).
Upon reaching out, we will provide you with specific details regarding the required data and study information.
Materials will be used exclusively for this meta-analysis; only aggregate results will be reported.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us by November 16.
Thank you very much for your time and for considering our request.
