Our leadership centre is hosting the 13th Developing Leadership Capacity Conference (DLCC) on 11 and 12 July 2023 – a bridge building, academic and practitioner conference on leadership development.
The conference theme: "Creating leadership capacity for healthy organisations: Taking places of leadership into account"

There are different options to submit work from a short paper, workshops, to cases of leadership learning/technique. The conference has a developmental and generative mindset and culture.
The deadline for submitting an abstract is 1st March.
We will have guest speakers from INSEAD, Harvard Medical School or Astra Zeneca, NHS, and Cushman Wakefield.
We have also designed the programme in a way that it becomes a retreat for participants to write, reconnect, do some professional development or just recharge on our beautiful Greenlands campus.
