We are organizing a presenter symposium for the 2025 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, and we are looking to include 1-2 more presenters for our session.
The symposium focuses broadly on gender / sexual harassment research, exploring new perspectives and developments related to these research areas.
Here are the papers already included in our symposium:
- Yan Yi Lance Du (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) & Serena Wee (University of Western Australia: Vocational Interests, Interest Fit, and Career Choices in Female-Stereotypic "HEED" Domains
- Julia Grgic (EBS Business School), Tanja Hentschel (University of Amsterdam), Meir Shemla (EBS Business School), & Francesca Manzi (London School of Economics): Descriptive Stereotypes of Men, Women, and Managers: Convergence or Divergence?
- Irina Gioaba (Kean University) & Celia Chui (HEC Montreal): Gender, Status, and Believability of Sexual Harassment Allegation
If you or your collaborators are working on gender- or sexual harassment-related research and would like to join us as a presenter, please express your interest by Dec 17 and share an extended abstract of your work (250-500 words) by Dec 22 (Lance Du; yydu2@illinois.edu).
