(This is posted on behalf of Dr. Yun Chung)

    Dear scholars in OB,

Kate Bezrukova (SUNY-Buffalo) and I organize a symposium about faultlines, and we would like to invite you to join our symposium. The theme of the symposium would be "One size does not fit all: Different types of faultlines and future research directions."

We have the following lineup so far. We will need just one more paper about faultlines. If you are interested in it, please send me an abstract of your research at yunchung@uidaho.edu . We will need a 5-page synopsis by January 6th EST.

    • Emergent power-separated and power-centered faultlines and team performance: Qin Su (Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University), Dora C. Lau (The Chinese University of Hong Kong), & Julie N. Zhu (Fuzhou University)
    • Work-life faultlines: A multi-method investigation of the mechanisms and consequences: Julia Bear (SUNY-Stony Brook), Thatcher, Sherry Mali (University of Tennessee Knoxville), & Xing Liu (Wayne State University).
    • Splits that matter: Group faultlines and performance in highly competitive environments: Kate Bezrukova (SUNY-Buffalo), Chester Spell (Rutgers University), and Samuel Rabinowitz

Thank you for your time and consideration,

    Yun
