    Dear OB colleagues,

    We are organizing a symposium for AOM 2025 on "The Dark Side of LMX".

    We are looking for a wide range of papers that touch on this general theme -- empirical (quantitative and qualitative), theoretical, and methodological contributions that enrich our understanding of the dark side of LMX.

    If you have a paper that sounds like a fit, please email me your abstract at zen.goh@monash.edu by Dec 12th. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
