We are organizing a symposium submission for the 2026 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) conference focused broadly on leadership, emotion, and wellbeing. We welcome papers that examine leadership in relation to 1) affect/emotion and/or 2) wellbeing. Your work does not need to address both areas to be a good fit. Dr. Alicia Grandey will serve as the discussant for this session.
