I am organizing a Presenter Symposium for AOM 2026 focused on Supporting Employees (broadly defined), and I am seeking one additional presentation and one discussant to round out the session.
The symposium brings together work examining how organizations, leaders, and systems support employee well-being, inclusion, and sustainable performance. A range of theoretical and methodological approaches are welcome.
If you are interested, please email me at sophiath@ttu.edu by Friday, January 2nd, with a brief description of your work and your preferred role (presenter or discussant). I will be making final decisions shortly thereafter in order to prepare the submission.
