Hello All,

We are looking for contributions to a SIOP symposium on nuanced trends in workers' role transitions since COVID-19 started. The pandemic has changed the work environment and organizational policies such that workers now need to adjust to the new norms. Contributions could focus on macro-level transitions, e.g., university-to-work transition, or micro-level transitions, e.g., daily work-family or within-work role transitions. Both theoretical and empirical works are welcomed. We hope this symposium could keep researchers updated on developing trends in transition patterns and stimulate ideas on future research directions.
