- In the collaboration with Emerald Publishing, the editors invite scholars, pracademics, and practitioners across industries and sectors globally to share insights, frameworks, and practices that build bridges across generations, promoting effective and sustainable intergenerational leadership and followership models for our upcoming book, "Bridging Generations: Transformative Intergenerational Leadership and Followership". ��

This book will highlight valuable insights into mentorship, knowledge transfer, and innovation through interdisciplinary contributions-spanning business, education, community leadership, and public policy-we aim to address global and societal challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
