Dear OB Colleagues,
The Mitch E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business at Purdue University is hosting a research conference March 21-22, 2024, entitled, The Digitalization of Work and Life: Managing People and Organizations Up Close and at a Distance (organized by Dr. Ellen Kossek and Dr. Brad Alge). Please save the date and consider attending and submitting an abstract.
The conference will consist of:
- Keynote speakers studying at the crossroads of Digitalization/Technology, People, and Organizations.

- Breakout sessions organized by sub-theme that offer scholars opportunities to share their completed or work in progress research and receive friendly feedback.
- Networking with practitioners interested in studying these issues; We will have several business leaders discuss emerging applications of digitalization in their firms.
There will be an optional pre-conference reception the evening of March 20th, 2024, where Dr. Allie Gabriel will share the launch of her new center, The Center for Working Well.
At this time, the only requirement is to submit an abstract of up to 750 words. You will not be required to have a completed paper (though you are welcome to submit one). In addition, we hope attendees will submit their work to a special journal issue on the topic, details forthcoming.
