About the OB-PSY groupMembers in the OB group study a wide range of topics, including proactivity and creativity, personality development, leadership, safety and pro environmental behavior, overqualification and career development, workplace mistreatment behavior, individual and organizational resilience, socio-technical system, work and office design, HR Analytics, job quality and subjective wellbeing at work, etc. The group looks after the MSc Organizational Psychology and Business program, and two research centres:
Socio-Technical Centre, and our
Workplace Behaviour Research Centre.Members in the OB group has published work at
Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, Economic and Industrial Democracy,Human Performance, Safety Science, etc. Members in the OB group has attracted funding from various sources, including
