    The Management Department at Baylor University is hiring for an Assistant Professor in HRM/OB this year, with a start date in August 2024. 

    Overall, applicants will be expected to make a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service, and throughout these responsibilities, demonstrate a commitment to authentically living out their Christian faith.

    We are interested in anyone just finishing their PhD or who has been out a few years. We will conduct preliminary interviews at the Academy of Management conference and on Zoom in late summer.
