    Job Summary

    The College of Business at Purdue University Northwest is seeking applications for a tenure-track 
    Assistant or Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management position
     with an expected start date of August 7, 2023. Faculty rank will be determined based on the qualifications and experience 
    of the finalist selected.

    Responsibilities

    • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Human Resource Management (Staffing, Training and Development, etc.), and Management.
    • Conduct scholarly research leading to refereed publications, and service to the profession, the university, and the community.

    Required Qualifications (minimum)

    • Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Management, Human Resources or a related degree/discipline is required. ABD status is acceptable if the degree is earned prior to the start of the appointment.
    • Evidence of effective teaching and scholarship in the field of Organizational Behavior, Management, and/or Human Resource Management.
    • Candidates with relevant work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
