    Position Description
    The Associate/Full Professor opening is a tenure-track position in the area of entrepreneurship. The hired individual must conduct high quality research that is published in the Department's "A level" journals; effectively teach entrepreneurship courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; lead efforts to promote entrepreneurship in the School of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (TIE) on the ASU West campus; and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture, appointment beginning Fall 2025.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Associate Professor
    1) An earned doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Organization Theory, or related field
    2) Evidence of actively and regularly publishing in the Department's "A level" journals, with a publication record commensurate with the rank and experience of Associate Professor
    3) Evidence of teaching excellence in one or more areas of management to undergraduate and graduate students
    4) Significant service and contribution to the management profession, commensurate with rank and experience of an Associate Professor; Must meet the college's standards to be Scholarly Academic Qualified under AACSB Accreditation standards.
    Full Professor
    1) An earned doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Organization Theory, or related field
    2) Evidence of actively and regularly publishing in the Department's "A level" journals, with a publication record commensurate with the rank and experience of Full Professor
    3) Evidence of teaching excellence in one or more areas of management to undergraduate and graduate students
    4) Significant service and contribution to the management profession, commensurate with rank and experience of a Full Professor; Must meet the college's standards to be Scholarly Academic Qualified under AACSB Accreditation standards.

    Desired Qualifications
    • A record of high-impact research.
    • Evidence of an active research pipeline.
    • A record of high-quality teaching in MBA courses and PhD seminars.
    • Evidence of leadership and service in one's own institution and in the profession/field.
    • Experience in working with and advising entrepreneurs and startups.
    • Interest in mentoring PhD students and junior faculty.
