Symposium: Moralization of Work (Session 1854)

    Tuesday August 08, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
    Back Bay Ballroom D, Sheraton

Join us for an enlightening symposium where we bring together a fascinating lineup of scholars to explore the realm of moral perception at work. This symposium expands the horizons of moral perception research by presenting recent scholarly works that delve into the antecedents and consequences of moral perception in organizational settings. Throughout the symposium, we will explore two fundamental questions: How does moral perception of work itself evolve and adapt over time? What factors influence and result from moral perception and behavior in the workplace?

Drawing on diverse multilevel data from various settings, five presenters will delve into these intriguing questions, seeking to provide valuable insights. The symposium's culmination will feature a stimulating discussion led by Amy Wrzesniewski (Wharton), exploring future research prospects and fostering engaging conversations among the audience.
