Hello OB researchers!
For the 2026 AOM Annual Meeting, we will be hosting a PDW on virtuous leadership (e.g., ethical, humble, servant, spiritual, authentic leadership). We will be meeting on Sunday, Aug 2 2026 1:30PM - 3:30PM ET (GMT-4/UTC-4) at Loews in Congress B (subject to change). The first part of the PDW will be an open panel (all are invited) where we talk about the similarities and differences in this research space. The second part will be a paper development workshop.
Right now, we are welcoming extended abstracts to be part of the PDW, where you'll receive feedback from well-known scholars in this space, including Amy Ou, Robert Linden, William Gardner, Thomas Fischer, James Lemoine, Nathan Eva, Roxanne Ross, Thomas Kelemen, and more. Whether your topic is on ethical leadership or CEO expressed humility, we welcome your work.
To have your paper to be considered for the workshop, please submit a one-page extended abstract to Michael Matthews (michael.matthews@utrgv.edu) by Friday, July 3rd.
