    Two career-stage workshops for OB members

    One for mid-career scholars, one for our newest junior faculty — each a small, candid space to ask the real questions and learn from senior colleagues who have been there. Both fill up fast, so register early and pass this along to a colleague who fits.

    Mid-Career PDW

    For mid-career OB scholars at the associate (or equivalent) level. Connect with senior Faculty Fellows and ask about career enablers, research advancement, leadership and service, and promotion planning, through panels and small-group discussion shaped by attendee input.

    PhD since 2023

    For OB members who earned their PhD in the last three years. A warm welcome and division overview, an icebreaker, a candid panel of established scholars, and intimate roundtables where you ask your real questions.

    Panelists: Paul Bliese, Andrew Carton, Hong Deng, Berrin Erdogan, Erik Gonzalez-Mule, Spencer Harrison, Songqi Liu, Jennifer Nahrgang, Kristen Shockley, Scott Tonidandel, and Betty Zhou.
