Call for Abstracts
The Henley Centre for Leadership (HCL) is organising the Developing Leadership Capacity Conference 2023 under the theme "Creating leadership capacity for healthy organisations: taking places of leadership into account". This conference seeks to discuss and progress research and practice that focuses on creating leadership capacity for organisations that are healthy for individuals and beyond, taking the places of leadership into account. Developing Leadership Capacity Conference… | Henley Business School
The programme of two days (11th- 12th of July 2023) will provide opportunities to present work to each other and to network, all in a beautiful retreat-like setting. There will be time and space to write, reflect, reconnect with yourself and others through various activities such as mini-writing retreats, mindfulness sessions and social spaces.
<u1:p></u1:p>Please consider sending an abstract to one of three streams within Leadership Learning and Development: Research and Theory, Practical Workshops, and Case Studies. HCL will also offer a research incubator workshop for participants who are not ready to share an abstract of their idea or project. The submission deadline is 31 March 2023.<u1:p></u1:p>
