    Hello, 
             The next Conference on Commitment will be held August 1-3. If you are thinking about attending, and I hope you are, the deadline for discounted early registration is fast approaching (May 31st). 

             This conference brings together a community of scholars interested in the phenomenon of commitment to share and discuss ideas and findings relating to the conference theme: Commitment in Organizational Contexts. The purpose of this conference is to advance the literature by promoting leading-edge thinking on all aspects and forms of commitment. The small size of the conference is designed to promote interaction and dialogue among attendees to facilitate networking and sharing ideas. 

              The conference begins Monday afternoon August 1st, 2022 with networking opportunities. Conference sessions will begin Tuesday morning, August 2nd and end at noon on Wednesday, August 3rd (in time to travel to Seattle for the AOM meetings). There are 18 presentations of a variety of lengths and formats on the single-track conference program with program participants representing 10 different countries (based on affiliation).               The conference will be held at the Blackwell Inn and Conference Center in the Fisher College of Business complex at The Ohio State University.
