In this webinar, we will discuss some of the key aspects of systems thinking. We will discuss key differences between analytical approaches to research and systems-oriented approaches, and their implications to management theorizing and on research methodologies. Although I personally apply a systems lens to the context of sustainable development (grand challenges, wicked problems), a systems lens can be applied to most areas of management and organization studies.
