With apologies for cross-posting. My research team and I are conducting a meta-analysis examining the impact of trainer behaviors on workplace training outcomes. We are looking for published or unpublished empirical studies that satisfy the following criteria:
1. The study must include a measure of trainer behavior. Example behaviors include but are not limited to building rapport, managing student behavior, demonstrating a command of the subject matter, being flexible to student needs, using a variety of instructional methods, etc. We are interested in any outcome of training.
2. The training opportunity must be work related.
