    Management: Assistant Professor to begin August 2023 to contribute to the central elements of the departmental and divisional mission by combining outstanding research with excellent teaching, service, and advising. Anticipated teaching responsibilities include teaching both introductory and/or upper-level undergraduate courses in the Human Capital Management and Leadership major consistent with candidate expertise and interests.

    Required: Doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management by date of appointment, or closely related field (completed by December 31, 2023, for appointment to a second year).

    Consideration may be given to candidates with accepted/published research in highly regarded journals; excellence in teaching and demonstrate a strong research record/potential through publications and/or pipeline that would include working papers or papers under review; excellent teaching evaluations in the areas of organizational behavior and/or human resource management and/or strategic management, as well as accepted/published research in highly regarded journals or papers under review.

Interviews will be conducted at the August 2022 Academy of Management Meeting in Seattle. Virtual interviews are possible for candidates not attending the Academy of Management Meeting.
