Hello everyone!
Two of my students are working on a meta-analysis examining work-life balance and employee wellbeing. I was emailing to ask if anyone had unpublished studies pertaining to employee wellbeing and work-life balance as well as how these constructs relate to sub-topics of work-family conflict, psychological wellbeing, and burnout or stress.
