The Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness at Indian Institute of Management Lucknow invites applications for a post-doctoral fellowship (PDF) beginning July 2024.
The post-doctoral fellow will work closely with faculty primarily on research projects focused on broad areas of positive psychology which includes but not limited to happiness, mindfulness, and gratitude resilience etc. The applicant should be able to independently carry out research having prior experience of research using quantitative and qualitative methods. The PDF will be expected to advance a number of research projects from conceptualization through publication. In addition they will need design and conduct workshops on Happiness and related topics apart from engaging in activities contributing to the development of the Centre, etc..
QUALIFCATION REQUIRMENTS: Applicants must have a consistently good academic record and demonstrated research potential. Candidates with a Ph.D. Degree or who have submitted their thesis for the Ph.D. degree may also apply. The thesis must be on the topic related to happiness/positive psychology/ emotional intelligence /subjective wellbeing/ self-esteem/ healing therapy/mindfulness or related domains.
