Chair Professor / Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in OBHRM (Multiple positions)
Job Description:
The Department invites applications for the above position. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Management: Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Research Methods
Applicants must hold or are expected to hold, a Ph.D. degree. Those who applied for Chair Professorship / Professorship / Associate Professorship / Assistant Professorship should be able to demonstrate commitment to excellence in research and teaching and be willing to work collaboratively with colleagues. Evidence of the ability to publish in top-tier journals is required. Interviews may be arranged at the coming Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois, USA (9-13 August 2024) and/or on the HKBU campus in Hong Kong at a later stage.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of three years commencing September 2025 or the earliest available date. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. The appointment of an Assistant Professor or above will be made on a tenure-track basis. Outstanding candidates at Associate Professor or above rank may be considered for tenure on appointment.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
