    OBHR – TT Positions 

     

    The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington invites applicants for tenure-track/tenured open rank positions (i.e., at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (OBHR) Management area, to begin fall 2025. A doctoral degree, or ABD status, in an area of Management and Entrepreneurship (i.e., OBHR or related field) and strong records (or promise of a strong record in the case of the Assistant rank) in both research and teaching are required.  

     

    Our Department
    The M&E department is comprised of faculty specializing in four key areas: organizational behavior and human resource management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, and international business. The department enjoys a collegial, innovative, and collaborative culture, with a world-class group of scholars who combine their knowledge of the business world with top-tier research skills and innovative teaching techniques. Our faculty members actively engage in cutting-edge research, regularly publishing in prestigious journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of International Business Studies, Personnel Psychology, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. Our faculty is comprised of multiple editors, former editors, and editorial board members of prestigious journals; hold leadership positions in the Academy of Management and other professional associations; and teach courses across a broad range of areas.
