Join a research round table session hosted by leading scholars in the field! Each table will focus on a given topic in the field and cover emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges, to facilitate common ground connections among participants and get the discussion started.
Sample topics are contextual aspects of work, creativity & innovation, daily behaviors at work, dark side of OB, diversity, emotions/affect/attitudes, future of work, identity, justice/trust/ethics, leadership, modern team arrangements, motivation/engagement, personality & individual differences, relationships at work, social networks, stress/well-being/mindfulness, teams, time, voice/proactivity/OCBs, and work-life interface.
This PDW will include three rounds of discussions moderated by accomplished scholars who serve as expert facilitators in a particular topic of OB research.
