The Department of Management in the College of Business, the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), seeks applicants for two teaching-focused positions.  First is a non-tenure track Clinical Professor/Lecturer of Management.  The second is a one-year appointment as a Visiting/Temporary Professor.  We seek individuals who have demonstrated the ability to teach management courses and the ability to work well in a collegial, interdisciplinary department.  In particular, we are seeking applicants prepared to teach Organizational Behavior and Principles of Management at the undergraduate level.  The appointment begins Fall 2022 or Spring 2023.  Appointees will hold the title of Visiting Assistant, Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, Clinical Professor, or Lecturer of Management depending on qualifications and experience.

Situated within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area, UT Arlington is one of 131 universities nationwide to receive the R-1: Doctoral Universities-Very High Research Activity designation by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education, the definitive list for the top doctoral research universities in the United States. In 2021, UTA received the Texas Tier One designation reserved for the state's top institutions for academic and research excellence and the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity Award (HEED) award for outstanding commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in higher education.
