MSR Division is introducing a quarterly virtual gathering focused on a selected practice, each time from a different cultural and spiritual tradition from around the world. Attendees will learn about the practice, experience that practice, and then reflect together regarding how personal experiences of this and other spiritual practices nourish them.
Embodied awareness and cultural practices are time-honored modalities for building deeper spiritual connections. These practices nourish and sustain us in the personal and work domains in our exponentially changing world.
