I am pleased to announce that the March issue for the Journal of Organizational Behavior is now available. This is a Special Issue showcasing new developments in employee turnover research with a special emphasis on STEM fields. This issue includes 8 original articles plus an introductory article discussing new developments and opportunities for future research. The introductory article also includes a wonderful tribute to Dr. Tom Lee who served as a member of the guest editor team for this issue.
