    Dear OB Division friends:

The Employment Relations and Human Resource Management (ERHR) Faculty Research Group, https://www.lse.ac.uk/management/people-home, Department of Management, London School of Economics and Political Science has academic positions advertised that we would like to bring to your attention.

The ERHR Faculty Research Group is looking to hire outstanding new colleagues in the following roles: Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) and Associate/Full Professor (Tenured).

The AOM and jobs.ac.uk url links to these jobs are provided below. Salaries are competitive.

The ERHR faculty is a multi-disciplinary group. Group members conduct research related to the employment relationship and employee experiences at work, from different theoretical lenses, disciplinary perspectives, and levels of analysis. The group has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Currently, ERHR faculty are researching in the following areas: equity, diversity, and inclusion; gender; workplace bias, stigma, and discrimination; labour relations; internal and external corporate social responsibility; global supply chains; international labour standards; corporate volunteering programs; comparative and international political economy; talent management; leadership; workplace mistreatment, conflict, competition, and rivalry; grief at work; mindfulness; workplace relationships; proactive and prosocial behaviours; emotions and attributions at work; and employee responses to new, emerging technology.

The ERHR faculty teaches BSc, MSc, and PhD students. We all take an active role in our PhD program and with our PhD students: teaching, training, and researching with our PhD students. The ERHR faculty teaches courses in human resource management and comparative and international labour relations and HRM, as well as related electives. Some group members also contribute to the organisational behaviour teaching.

Although we work together and support LSE's Department of Management degree programs and teaching, the ERHR Faculty Research Group is a distinct group from the OB Faculty Research Group.

We note that both groups are advertising academic jobs at the same time. However, these are different jobs being advertised by the different research groups.

If you sense that you may fit jobs in either research group, we encourage you to submit an application for each job in each group.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact dom.facultyaffairs@lse.ac.uk.

    With our best,

Jonathan Booth and the ERHR Faculty Research Group
