Interested in Contributing an Article to a Major Reference Work?

The Encyclopedia of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Spirituality "DEIS" is a living document in publication by Springer.

As the Editor in Chief of this important and timely Major Reference Work, I am inviting you to consider submitting an article to one or more of the sections.

There are several appealing sections to which I am particularly inviting your submissions:

    • ·         Spiritual Pathways to DEI
    • ·         Spirituality, Religion, and DEI
    • ·         Diversity and Quantum Thinking
    • ·         Change Management and Sustainable Practices
    • ·         Inclusion and Collective Wellness
    • ·         Philosophical Underpinnings of Spirituality
    • ·         The Ethics of Employee Diversity in Business
    • ·         DEIS and AI

Articles in each section can be delivered in three length categories:

    • -   Short entries: 1,000-2,000 words
    • -   Medium entries: 2,000-5,000 words
    • -   Large entries: 5,000-10,000 words

If interested, please share, in your response email:

    • -   The section to which you would like to submit
    • -   The title(s) of your articles
    • -   The proposed length of your article

All articles will need to be submitted by the end of August 2024, and the review process for all chapters is aimed to be completed by September 2024, so the turnaround process for review will happen in an expedited manner.

Accepted articles (after peer review by the section editor and/or the editor-in-chief) will be published through the electronic publishing portal SpringerLink. Articles receive a DOI upon acceptance.

Please contact me if interested in more information.

Wishes for a great and productive summer!
