Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to participate in our study on work-life faultlines in teams.
The purpose of our study is to understand people's experiences with group dynamics at work and their personal lives. We hope the AOM - OB community can help us understand this issue better.
This study consists of two online surveys. The first survey will take about 10 minutes. The second survey, to be administered two weeks after the first survey, will take about 5 minutes.
For taking part in the first survey, you will have the opportunity to win one of three $50 Amazon e-gift cards. For taking part in the second survey, you will have the opportunity to win one of three $100 Amazon e-gift cards.
