Dear members of the OB division of AoM,

I would like to share an important message on behalf of my colleague Sabine Hartman from Tilburg University.

    " Dear AoM community,

I am a PhD candidate and currently conducting a systematic literature review on antecedents of perceived employability.

I am looking for unpublished studies and grey papers on antecedents of perceived employability. Specifically, I am interested in empirical studies that investigate the relationship between individual and/or contextual factors and perceived employability.

If you have any relevant studies, unpublished manuscripts, grey literature (publications outside the traditional publication channels) or other information to share, please send them to sabine.hartman@tilburguniversity.edu. We assure you that any materials shared will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will only be used for the systematic literature review. Proper citations and acknowledgments will be given to the original authors in our final paper.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Please share this with colleagues to whom this may also apply.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sabine Hartman, MSc"
