    The Department of Human Resource Management invites applications for tenure-track positions at the ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE/FULL Professor levels and positions at the RESEARCH ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE, specializing in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, and Organizational Theory (macro emphasis encouraged). Teaching duties encompass undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. level courses in HRM, OB, Research Methods, and related subjects.

     

    Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in relevant disciplines from an accredited AACSB business school or prestigious universities in related fields. Both recent graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate strong potential for publication in top-tier academic journals within their areas of expertise, along with effective teaching skills.

    1.      A cover letter outlining qualifications for the position,

    3.      A research statement (with optional research writing samples), and
