    Dear OB Division Members,

This AOM, we are gathering to acknowledge "The Elephant in the Room"-the state of scientific rigor and transparency in Organizational Behavior (OB) research-and we want you to be a part of this conversation. Given the recent challenges in our field, this session is designed to foster conversation and provide actionable strategies for enhancing research quality. To facilitate this needed conversation, we are gathering over 40 leaders in our field to share their insights, offer solutions, guide conversations, and cultivate a community of trust.

The first 2 hours will tackle these topics at the field level and hear from distinguished editors and leaders in our professional organizations. The second 2 hours will embrace the challenges of individual researchers and hear from leading established scholars across career stages. Both portions will involve in-depth roundtable discussions led by our invited hosts.

This is a pivotal moment to bring colleagues and friends together to create a strong path forward for our field. Please join us!
