    The School of Management (SOM) at Clark University, AACSB-accredited, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of management position to begin fall 2023. This appointment requires a doctorate in management or a related field in hand by September 2023 from an AACSB accredited institution.

    Candidates must demonstrate evidence of potential for teaching excellence in the areas of leadership and organizational behavior. Candidates must have the ability to teach at the master's level. Candidates with prior business or management experience are encouraged to apply.

    Candidates must provide evidence of potential for scholarly research excellence, with the expectation of publishing in top-tier journals. Preferred areas of research include, leadership and organizational behavior, social innovation, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The SOM offers undergraduate management, marketing, and finance majors, as well as MBA (full-time and online part-time), MS finance, MS Management, MS Marketing, MS Business Analytics, and MS Accounting degrees.
