    We invite you to join the PDW Workshop on compensation at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2024 in Chicago, "Navigating the unprecedented workplace challenges with compensation research (#12979)"

    We will have Roundtable Sessions and Guided Panel Discussions under three themes:

    Theme 1) Integrating compensation research with other management topics: How can compensation research offer more comprehensive knowledge and speak to a broader audience?

    Theme 2) Aiming for theoretical advancements: How can we extend the existing theories?  Are they outdated? Should we come up with new theories that are more applicable to contemporary issues?

    Theme 3) Conducting research in the right way: What kind of research methodological paradigms do we need to provide meaningful, timely implications?

    Attendees will have chances to hear insights from our wonderful panelists and discuss challenges in conducting compensation research, including:

    The PDW will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10th, 10:00AM – 12:30PM CT at Swissotel, Lucerne III, sponsored by Human Resources (primary), Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, and Careers Divisions.
