This workshop brings together SIM researchers to prepare manuscripts for submission to high quality management journals. Participants exchange ideas and receive feedback, in a collaborative manner.

Each accepted participant will be paired with an experienced scholar to explore how your manuscript-in-progress might be refined to achieve publication in your target journal(s) in an in-person session during the AOM annual meeting. Confirmed mentors include:

All current SIM members are eligible to submit a manuscript for consideration.

Submissions should be 40 pages at maximum, including references, tables, figures, etc.

Both theoretical and empirical papers are eligible.

You may send a paper that is being presented at AOM or another conference, but not a manuscript that is currently under review at a journal.

Please note that the workshop is limited to 25 participants; should the workshop be oversubscribed, current Ph.D. students and early career scholars will be given priority.

Manuscripts should be submitted as MS-WORD documents and should NOT be anonymous.
