    Dear Colleagues,

You are cordially invited to participate in a study of academic social bullying in professional schools of universities and colleges in the United States. Educators and administrators in schools of business, nursing, health sciences, and psychology are invited to complete a survey about the phenomenon of bullying and whether or not they have experienced it, witnessed it, or both.  It should take approximately 30 minutes. When you enter the Qualtrics site, you will read a consent form and participation will show your consent to participate in this IRB approved study.  Please complete the demographic data section first, read the definition of academic social bullying, proceed to the 40 instrument items, and answer some open-ended questions. You can access the instrument by visiting the following link: https://go.rutgers.edu/anonymous_ASBsurvey.

All responses are anonymous and confidential and will be reported as group data only with no identifying information.  Thanks for advancing our understanding of academic bullying in higher education.

    Sincerely,
