Hiring for one or more assistant/associate faculty positions in Management at Texas Tech University

The management department at Texas Tech University's (TTU's) Rawls College of Business (also home to CARMA) is hiring for one or more full-time, 9-month tenured/tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of assistant or associate professor to begin in Fall 2025. **Note: We are planning to conduct interviews at AOM 2024, so our application deadline (for all materials) is on Monday, July 15th.**

1.) TTU is a Carnegie R1 (very high research activity) Doctoral/Research-Extensive, Hispanic Serving, and state-assisted institution. The management department has a PhD program, and management faculty have many opportunities to work with PhD students.
2.) The department is home to both a highly productive and collegial group of OB/HR, entrepreneurship, and strategy scholars, who as a group have expertise across both quantitative and qualitative methods. (Our applicant search spans these areas.) We frequently collaborate with one another, and we also enjoy each other's company outside of work.
3.) Lubbock, TX is in West Texas, and has a growing population nearing 400,000. Lubbock is less than 2 hours from Palo Duro and Cap Rock Canyons, which offer breathtaking views and hiking for outdoor enthusiasts (Palo Duro is one of the largest canyons in the U.S.). Lubbock is less than 4 hours from mountains (Ruidoso, NM), and less than 5 hours from extensive mountain ranges in New Mexico (e.g., Santa Fe, NM) as well as larger cities (e.g., Dallas, TX; Albuquerque, NM).

To apply, please review the application instructions (link here) to find the application link (p.2), and we need the documents listed below submitted by Mon. July 15th. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me (lauren.locklear@ttu.edu), or our search committee chair (Dr. Hans Hansen, Hans.Hansen@ttu.edu). Thank you!
